Title: Product Support Specialist
Role: A Product Support Specialist is an integral member of OMNI SG’s Technology team, supporting a variety of clients and web applications. This role requires excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. HTML knowledge and an interest in web technology are requirements. Product Support communicates daily with key clients, providing HTML web updates and software case tracking and resolution. Successful Product Support Specialists develop their skills and often move on to one of the following roles within OMNI SG: Support Lead, Junior Web Application Developer, or Project Manager. A Product Support Specialist is a team player and a problem solver, who asks questions, accepts challenges, wants responsibility, and is flexible.

Title: Sales and Marketing Representative
Role: A sales and marketing representative is an integral part of OMNI SG’s business plan, selling and marketing a variety of services and web-based software applications to both existing clients and prospects. The role requires organization, communication, determination, and focus. Marketing and sales experience is a requirement, but also should have experience in prospecting activities, presenting, and public relations.
